Welcome to the official platform of Alfred Godwin. By accessing this website or hiring my services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Service Agreement

I provide web development, UI/UX design, and digital branding services. A project is considered active once a formal agreement is signed or an initial deposit is made. All project files, including .svg vectors and source code, remain my property until final payment is cleared.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide clear project requirements and timely feedback.
Clients are responsible for the legality of the content they provide (images, text, trademarks).
Spamming or attempting to bypass the platform security is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment & Cancellations

Payments are structured based on project milestones. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, a "kill fee" proportional to the work completed will apply.

4. Content Moderation

To maintain platform integrity, I reserve the right to refuse projects involving restricted keywords, illegal activities, or unethical digital practices. This includes filtering for automated spam and "off-platform" transaction attempts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. I reserve the right to display the completed work in my portfolio for promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I strive for 100% security and performance, I am not liable for third-party hosting failures, API changes, or user-end security breaches after the project hand-off.
